    I could not agree more. I have decided to replace the unit with a brand new unit. And to answer a few questions, deep suburbs and customer swears she has no power problem.

    Just had to chase a phone noise problem on-site - found it to be flourescent lights on same ground as servers and workstations. I switched the computers over to a dedicated ground and fixed the problem. (the wiring had just been done 1 1/2 years ago!)

    I would just try to explain to her that computers are more sensitive to changes in power than most other appliances - if she is seeing her lights flicker when the washer kicks on, the computer is seeing a voltage spike. Then sell her a UPS.

    Put a Seal on the back of the Tower, also if the boys have changed hardware or been in the box our warr is void. be sure that your Warranty states what you will and will not do
