    Had nothing to do with the OS - it was a pw problem in our software that the luser had input wrong. I doubt this guy could spell his name, let along type in a password!

    This covers about 50% of my password support calls. They don't switch the user name and end up locking out other people's accounts. P*sses me off!!!!
