    Post format c: /y?

FOLKS, is there a cool and trendy way to format in DOS w/o waiting to say "y" when it confirms "warning: all data will be lost blah blah blah, proceed with format (y/n)?"

Such as format [drive]: /[yes i really want to]?

This could save me seconds a week, minutes a month! Go-Fight-Win!

    It's called a 'pipe'...like this:

    Format C: | Y

    Simple as that...bye!

    echo Y|Format C:

and even this might work sometimes

    Format C:<Y

where Y is a single letter named file containing only the text letter Y - most often it doesn't work worth a hoot but its worth a try.

Thanks for pointing it out. Didn't notice it when I first glanced at the page.
