    Question Win98 Internet Connection Sharing

I am looking for a utility that will automatically dial the host computer in a typical ICS scenario. This particular customer does not want to walk across the house to make the host computer dial out....

    Any ideas??

Just go into your internet options on the control panel on the host computer, then to the connections tab. Highlight the customers default connection, and then choose always dial this connection from the list of radio buttons. Be sure that the connection they want to dial is the default connection. It'll say default in parenthesis if it is.

    Cool

Been there, done that...? However, it still will not dial out from the remote computer.

Is there a setting on the remote computers that need to be activated..?

    Thanx.

Never mind..Stupid user error....Forgot to set TCP/IP setting on remote PC..

    Thanks all.
