    Post Windows protection error NDIS

I got a call from my sister in Florida she is getting a Windows protection error NDIS, when she reboots it goes into safe mode and tells her to config her pbtb board? It is a packerd bell, so i assume pbtb board is something of packerd bells.

    thanks for any help

NDIS is part of the network card drivers.
I would uninstall the protocols and reload them. Control Pannel - Network
Another Day in Paradise and I have to work.

BSOD is probably correct. I have seen the NDIS error when a client was running DSL and it was specifically associated with the NIC card. In my particular cases in required replacement of the NIC cards.

I agree with all the above, if it loads in Safe Mode, remove all network drivers and shut down. Remove NIC card and boot Windows. Then shut down and reinstall NIC. I see this error all the time. Sure fire fix. G-Luck
