    I can't remember the dos command that will shutdown windows

    has something to do with rundll32 and user.exe

    I think this is what you are looking for:

    C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL.EXE user.exe,exitwindows

    unless you want to reboot then it is:

    C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL.EXE user.exe,exitwindowsexec
