    Post Recycle Bins

    HELP!
    I up-graded to win98se from win95.Booted It up,and all the Desktop icons have Recycle bins on top of them.Went in to try to change Icons and it will let me,but the recycle bins are still on top of them.
    ANY CLUES?

    Search for and delete the file ShellIconCache on your HD and then reboot Windows.

    i think he means the find feature?
    start-->find-->"shelliconcache" on c: drive

    It almost seems like the shortcut Icon (the little arrow) got changed to the recycle bin icon.

    install
    TweakUI and first, in the repair section, repair the Icons. then check in the explorer section, check the shortcut overlay.

    you may need to do another repair icons though
    May the Schwartz be with you
    Too many zeros, not enough ones.
