[RESOLVED] ICS question???????????

I have two questions,has any body else noticed that on a 3 pc home network(like I have) using win98se ICS,that the two client boxes surf the web faster than the client ?
and the second question is relating to this has anyone used this mod ?>

well i like the method if it isn't broken...modify it till it is...this mod is generally safe and easy to do you will see some results if this doesn't work you can also d/l a patch to fix your tcp/ip connections which automaticly changes your registry but des generally same thing that your tring to achieve i have 5 puters on a network and the 5'th is slower by 5 kbs so i am begining to think it is normal
