Just hit the printer button in your email app. It's not that tough.

The automatic printing feature I am looking for is meant for people never check their mail but check their printer. They want the email acts like a fax machine.

In MS Outlook 98 or 2000 you can go to Tools > rules wizard. In there you can set up a lot of variables, printing being one of them. One exception, they will have to leave outlook running for it to work. It is pretty easy to set up but if you need some help let me know.
