Major Problem with Dual Video NEED HELP

Hello,
I have a demonstartion I have to give to a large hotel mid-next week. I need a single computer operating as 2. It needs to run completly seperate, it can't just be Dual Video, it needs seperate startup. It also needs independent Keyboards and Mice. There used to be a product called PCBuddy or BuddyPC but they closed down, that did exactly what I need. Please help. Thanks

I know a company baught out the product and is selling it but doesn't offer warranty's on the old ones. I was looking into it a little while ago but it wouldn't have work in my case because it doesn't support Windows 2000. I called the support line and they said they had no plan to port it to Win 2k. I can't remembe the company that has it. sorry.....
