    Post ATX power hotwire trick?

I can't for the life of me remember the pins on the ATX power connector to jump to see if the power supply is toast or if it is a MB problem.

Please remind me I have a friends comp. that will not respond to the case button or power strip dis/reconnect.

    Thanks,

Thanks KWB for the quick reply. Now I can get an idea of what's going on with his machine.

    Thumbs up

A quick note. I went over to my friends shop and took out all of the cards. Then blew all of the dust out, he runs a fiberglas boat repair shop, and reseated the cards. Plugged it back in hit the switch and imagine that it fired right up. So I ended up not needing to try the bump start.

    Thanks,
    Uncle Gus
