Post Will this fix my frame loss on dvd playback?

Customer has a celery 366 and had me install a dvd player with PowerDVD. He is experiencing frame loss. His video card is Savage4 agp2x with 32 mb ram and system has 128 mb ram. I know that the rule of thumb is at least a p2 450 for smooth dvd without hardware acceleration. His mobo only takes celery ppga and will go to celery 533. My question is will the celery 533 fix his problem or is it the 66mhz fsb the problem and therefore he needs a new mobo?

edit: I meant rule of thum p2 35o0 not 450

the 533 should clear up the frame loss problem. If it dosen't, try enabling the dma for the dvd drive if its not already. if it already is enabled, disable it.
