Post Mac Printer Prob. (for a nun)

    I'm unfamiliar with Macintosh computers.
It's an Imac, and an Epson Stylus 440.

A nun called and said that she had printed something online in the morning. Then she left and her friend tried to print something, but couldn't.
When the nun got back she couldn't at all print either.

There are no odd lights on the printer, and the cords have all been checked. When she tries to print it says to make sure that the printer is on.

Can anybody tell me what I should have her do? I'd hate to drive out there and charge her if it's going to be something simple, like unpausing a printer.

My theory is that the nun's friend paused or disabled something, but I don't know what. Any ideas?

It sounds like she lost the physical connection - try plugging the printer into another USB port - or removing it, restarting and reinstalling it - the iMac only uses USB printers and I have seen them drop off before.
Death is lighter than a feather - duty heavier than a mountian.
