    Resolved [RESOLVED] ABIT KT7 Raid problems

    Hey guys here is a doozy for you...
    I have a friend who has the ABIT KT7 Raid and when he tries to access the drives on the fourth IDE channel the computer locks in W2K (havn't convinced him to install linux yet and really test it). Anyone have any bright ideas?

    install the drivers and make sure sp-1 is installed, also check microsofts kb for promise

    Don't install the VIA drivers and install the MS ATA100 patch. If you want the patch email me and I will send it to you.
