[RESOLVED] Please help me, Bios flash required but not found

Hi all!
I am looking to upgrade my ages old pII 300Mhz chip with a faster PIII 500, and think i may require a new bios flash. The only information i can give is the number on the board, and the current bios being used:
TRM-P6B40A4x rev1.01 ?????
I am using bios V1.0A
Any help on where to find the flash would be eternaly grateful.
