Hard to find Motherboard.... So Far

I'm looking for a good board that will support:

Intel 840 Chipset
AGP
3-4 PCI and 2 ISA
UDMA66
Pentium III Processor

Preferrably without built-in anything such as SCSI, Modem, LAN, etc.

Any ideas?

hmm. Abit makes one close, but the industry standard is leaning towards one ISA. Why the second slot?
