Post System reboots during boot up

I have a system here that when it boots up, either from C or A it reboots. Any ideas, I tried replacing Memory, Power supply, video with no luck.

try removing everything from the mb...cd, floppy, sound, etc...leave only floppy, video and mem, then try to boot. Have you tried a new hard drive?

See if you CMOS tels you the temp or your chip. This may give you an idea if it is over heating.
Do you have heatsink compound on your chip?
