Memory Upgrade
Quick question,
Installed 128Mb DIMM (PC133) single sided memory into a Unika PC as part of a system upgrade.
When I put the memory in, the machine won't boot - it powers on so that you can hear the fans turning but there is no POST beep.
I've tested the memory in another machine and it is OK. I am assuming that the problem is due to the memory being single sided rather than double. Do you agree or could there be other reasons??
Cheers
Paul

It's an ALI chipset, but I don't know which one specifically, as I don't have the machine in my presence at the moment.
