Question Win XP and Linux Red Hat 6.2

Frist time installing Linux as a dual boot while Windows is current OS

Hi, I'm trying to dual boot.
I have Win XP Pro. installed
I used Partition Magic 7 to creat a linux natvie
    of 3Gb and a swap of 600Mb
I put in the Red Hat install Cd and boot from it
I get to the part of Partitioning and choose Disk Druid.. then all it detects is

    hda1 6667M Win95/FAT32
    hda2 31502M 0x0f
    Drive hda 4866/255/63
Showing I have no free space
It's not detected the linux partition that I just created with Partition Magic 7
Is there something I can do to let the installation see the linux partitions???
