[RESOLVED] ICS Errors

Okay I've got a PC here (PIII-500) that has win98SE on it and is on a network that is running ICS well after the installation of one of the following programs;
Adaptec EZ CD 4.0
Adobe Photoshop 5.5
Adobe Acrobat 4.0
the ICSMGR.EXE boots up with an error stating there is a fatal exeption error in ICSMGR.EXE and MCAFEE's VShield. So I Disabled everything except ICSMGR no luck. Uninstalled the 3 programs listed above still no go. Oh the other computers are no longer to access the internet (obviously). Anyways I'm running out of ideas last time this happened I wiped the system out and reloaded 98se fresh and that fixed it until one of the listed programs where reinstalled.

Also I have removed ICS and reinstalled it still no go...Thanks
