 [RESOLVED] Upgrade from Office for Small Business to Pro
Hi, I tried recently to upgrade from Office 97 for small businesses to Office Professional (97 version). The machine accepted the upgrade BUT I cant get Access to work. When I click on the icon i get a return message that says the program is not registered for use (or something like that)
I have tried to uninstall office and then re-install it, but that didnt work either. Any suggestions?

faulty CD-ROM. I have 20 copies of Office 97 Pro with the same thng happening.
Take it back to where you got it from & demand a working copy.

there is a patch for the license problem associated with that.
i managed to find it using mcafee's online oil change program
the address for thier site is www.mcafee.com
and follow the links once there
