Does anyone know anything about this program?

I got a call from our customer who uses this program. It is a server based software faxing program. One worker there sent a fax a week ago. But the program keeps resending the fax over and over again. Now they are getting complaints about it!

If anyone knows anything about this program and has any suggestions or steps, I'd greatly appreciate it...
