    Question dialup starts with windows

    Hello everybody.
I got kinda a strange problem. my som did somthing to my home system, that has me baffled a bit. When windows starts up, and after i enter my password, the dialup adapter appears, and starts dialing.
I don't want this. I have been through the win.ini, and other areas, and suspect it is in the registry, but am at aloss as to where it would be.
    any ideas??? thanks in advance

ohyea, he installed somekinda sofware called
2amgamer or somthing like that. i uninstalled it, but no change.
    well, thanks in advance.

sounds like it could be another program installed when your son installed is software that may be trying to connect you to the net ... make sure your internet prefs are set not to connect to the net as needed ..

    Cool

Do you have a network or proxy at home? It could be that the network settings have been changed to access your network through the dial up server. You said it begins to dial right after you sign in. I had the same thing happen to a customer. LOL, it also involved his son. Hope this helps...
