Question Easy way to print out URL's?

I have a user who is a VP ( Vice President ) at the company I work for. He will be retiring in a few weeks and wants to make a print out of all his "Favorites" in Internet Explorer. I have been trying to think of an easy way to do this without manually opening each URL, copying, and then pasting it into a document. I know that the URL's can be opened in Notepad and the link is displayed, but I can't for the life of me think of a way to extract the URL information easily. If anyone knows of a simple way to do this, either via a batch file... or some other method, please let me know, it would earn me major brownie points. TIA.

Go the file menu in IE, and select "Import and Export." Here you can create a single HTML file that contains all of his bookmarks (like Netscape uses)

Another question though. This VP wants to have a paper print out of all his links... basically a list of the URL's such as...

    <a href="http://www.windrivers.com" target="_blank">www.windrivers.com</a>
    <a href="http://www.google.com" target="_blank">www.google.com</a>

...so on and so forth. With the "Import, Export" option I now have an HTML file with all his links, but if I printed it out, I still only have names of the sites, not their URL's. I can edit the HTML file and see the URL's, but then there is alot of HTML coding that is unecessary.

Is there a way to extract just the url from the file? I understand this may not be possible, but if anyone would know, it would be the people on this site.

    Thumbs up

I was able to use the Import/Export feature in IE to export the users links to an HTML file, then using the NetView software, I was able to create a database with just the URL's. I then printed the URL's.

It took a while to figure out how to use the program to get what I wanted out of it, but I achieved the desired results.

    Thank you for the help.

    SIMPLER Way.

Export to an HTMl file then open this file and select File|Print select "Options" and click "Print Table of Links" this will print the html file as well as the Text of the Favorites followed by the actual www. address.
