[RESOLVED] Win98SE Shutdown Patch

I am looking for Win98 SE Update or Patch for shutdown problem. I have tried to uncheck Disable fast shutdown but it just reboots system. I re-check it and I cannot get to shutdown screen. Please email me patch or address where patch is kept. I tried MS site with no luck.
