[RESOLVED] CDROM
Ok Here Is the Deal cdrom will read header for cd in drive but wont read any of the files or folders

Control Panel, System, Device Manager. Turn off DMA, and off Removeable or whatever it is like removeable. Restart. If you loaded the Manufacturer's IDE drivers, and UDMA, Unload or check BIOS and ensure UDMA is not loading on the controller the CD-Rom is on.

Are you trying to read burns? Some cheap CD-ROMS can't read them properly.

Also have found that some media used for burns don't like some cdrom drives.
