 My CDRW is blocked
I cannot install any programs or play Audio CD's. It is listed in the device manager, but is not in my start-up menu. I had a power outage on 11-15-04. I don't know how to locate or fix this problem. I had also downloaded PCDoctor and it had told me I have the block. I have Windoxs XP Version 5.0 Please tell me how to fix this............
