Jobs for Techs

I know this isn't a job site, but it would be nice to have a category titled Jobs for Techs. Many techs have spent a lot of time solving problems in the forums, and when you do a search for their postings, it gives a good indication of their knowldege and capabilities. Employers who visit this site would benefit as well as the techs having incentive to help others. Maybe two categories, one for techs looking for work (no resumes, they can be emailed between the tech and employer). And one for Employers to post job openings.

What do the rest of you think??
