[RESOLVED] trouble posting

everytime that i post i have to delete temp internet diles and manually refresh page in order to see my post, this is with nt and me running ie 5.5 any suggestions???

thanks that seemed to have helped, I still have to refresh the page but do not have to delete temp files, i am going to give it a go with Netscape 4.7
