New Forum Ideas
I have noticed that this site is designed mostly for a bench tech to get help for resolutions on a per machine basis with a lack of support forums designed with the enterprise support/network support in mind. I realize that everyone may have another location to go to for network support, however this site contains some of the best tech support people I have ever had the opportunity to "listen" to, so I was wondering if some forums could be added for those of us that are supporting networks on a day-to-day basis?

PS. I also want this thread to be a place for people to request new forum ideas? Maybe this will help Scott by giving him one place to look for opinions on new stuff.
1.network infrastructure: Routers, Switches, Hubs, NIC's, firewall, proxy, etc...
2.SQL, Oracle and database servers
3. IIS, Apache and other Webservers
4. Exchange and email software
5. NT / NetWare / UNIX server designed forums: ie. seperate from the OS section in that these forums would deal with server/client issues (Visual Basic Scripting Host, Login Scripting, security, etc...)
6. Other network related: Sniffer software, anti-virus, stuff that doesn't fit in another forum.

Although I don't deal with networking so much, I have to agree too!

How about gaming and mobile computing?
Gaming: would be great for MAME or any PC based gaming questions - also allow seperation of gaming questions from the rest of the forums -
Mobile Computing: PALM, WindowsCE, etc...
This is the greatest site on the Internet and I believe that adding some newer technology forums may attract some bright minds from other forums and make Windrivers even better (also have you tried to find another site with as much brain power as is at Windrivers?)
