Multi-posts on same topic.
Seems some people think they will get more answers by posting in different catagories. Perhaps adding a note in the "Who can post" box will help stop this. Most who do this are new to the Forum.

ditto on this and also to the questions being posted in the wrong forums... i.e.: my game gave me a BSOD being posted in the Hard Drive/IDE/SCSI Controller Drivers forum

Ditto too, and especially the users that ask for solutions to problems be e-mailed directly to them. Just defeats the purpose of the forums.

yeah... that sorta irks me too.. or they'll email me directly and ask me to help them one-on-one instead of in the forum...
Aside from this being kinda rude, you're right about it defeating the purpose of the forums....

Yep I get emails all the time askin for help and unless it's something really simple I direct them to the forums.
