Resolved [RESOLVED] Junior or Senior tech...I can't tell

Hey, My posts show me as "Junior Tech" but my profile level has me at "Senior Tech"...what gives? Which am I...I know, I'm the "Senior Junior Tech". Yea, that's what should show up for my level.

I believe that those check two different things. You might want to ask Scott about this one.

I think the profiles are still showing the old labels when all we had was "Member" and "Senior Member"
They apparently haven't been upgraded to reflect all the new levels yet

as a new member, I wanted to ask - what's with the ratings?

is this increased by the number of posts made to the BB, or the number of 'kills' (a.k.a. "ELITE") if so, i'm dangerous!

the reason for the different ratings in the profile to posts is that the stars addin has its own grading structure which is shown on the posts yet the profile one takes its settings from the main UBB CGI file. If they are not the same then it will state different things.

I'm wondering, don't you guys have anything more important to do than dealing with those stupid stars????

Well.. users who have many of them, should start sharing them!!!

Its funny when I read you guys talking about this it makes me think of some sort of forum RPG where the more you post the stronger you become.

We know the guys with pretty stars love these boards. I do to though.

Ditch the Stars and the Tech Titles, without any replacements.
Give everyone their own Avatar, that wants one, of course

Make a .gif or .jpg picture and send it to [email protected].
Scott will add a custom avatar for your profile. Then edit your profile and select it. That's the deal.
