Total OC Newbie Here
I'm not even sure where to start. I've an Intel PIII 866. What to do?

Leave it at 866, you shouldn't need any more, as you have 133MHz BUS speed already.
Not sure how well the newer Pents o/clock, but most people prefer Celery or AMD to o/clock.

You might be able to eke out a few more MHz, but this will depend on how many FSB steps are available in your BIOS above 133 MHz. With quality PC133 (or better yet PC150), you might bring your FSB to 145 or so, for 942 MHz. (Much quality PC133 runs out of steam at 148 MHz...Good luck)
