    Post upgrading probs.

hey im trying to upgrade my p3 450 to a 733, and when i put in the 733 it only detects it as "p I-mmx 98mHz" and crashes. all of the voltage controls are in bios, i.e. jumperless. i can put the 733 in a different system and it works fine. any thoughts?

What board are you using ?
    Does it support that CPU.
Jumperless Boards should pickit up properly.
Did you adjust the Bios Settings to the right Frequency?

Further more you should be using PC133. A lot of older boards and/or bios' will not reconize the newer chip. Like Danimal says, we need some more details.
