    Post usb scanner storm

    we can't seem to install the driver...says it isnt' hooked up on the pc or scanner...and it is....someone please help.....they have gone bankrupt...

    If it is connected via a hub make sure the power is plugged in to the hub and the scanner, Then boot up the machine, THEN plug in the scanner. It should detect it, If not do you have the root hub installed??
