[RESOLVED] Best Data USB modem problem

Hi,

I purchased a Best Data USB modem and the problem is that when I disconnect from the internet, the file rnaapp.exe freezes and the only way to resolve the problem is by rebooting.

My system specs are:

PC Chips M598 motherboard
AmdK6-II 300 CPU
SB Live MP3+ sound card
3DFX Voodoo 3 2000 PCI video card
USB kensington mouse
Creative CD-RW 8432 drive

I've tried uninstalling DUN, restoring the file rnaapp.exe with SFC, but I have the same problem .

Have You tried updating the drivers for Your modem? Also, what OS are You using ? I'm assuming Win '98...

Hi,

I resolved my problem a while ago. I did a fresh install of Win98 SE and the problem appeared inmmediately. Just installed the original Win98 and the problem was resolved.
