USB Drivers forsimulating serial port

I need a USB driver that support bulk transaction. the driver need to support only a few basic operation such as ReadFile, WriteFile and need to have the ability to define Timeouts for the ReadFile, WriteFile operations.

I also need a USB driver that simulate the serial port and allow an application to work with this USB driver as if it is working with a serial port.

Where can i find thses 2 drivers ?

I am not aware of any standalone drivers for the purpose in which you are looking for. One of my CAD programs has built in USB port support for controllers and such for input and output data flow for point to point plotting and stepping VIA a gamepad or joy stick in one USB and the second USB can hook directly into a milling machine that supports USB. If you find a stand alone driver let me know, I would be interested to see how they work.

Belkin makes a USB to serial adapter. That works very well. Gonna cost around $80 American.
