Well Creative Labs has the Web Cam 3 and Web Cam Go! which both have Win2K drivers. The Web Cam 3 is like $50 and has decent quality.

I've been quite happy with my 3Com Home Connect web cam. It works perfect under 2000, and is a far sight better than my previous web cam (Snappy + camcorder)
