Help! USB hub wont come online!
Hi,
I bought an ArkPC 7-port USB hub (model UB5070) (www.arkpc.com/usb-hub.html)
When I plug it onto my USB port, Windows will recognize a 'USB Device' but it will not function properly and have an "!" next to it. All devices downstream are invisible.
(thay all work fine when plugged directly in)
It did not come with a driver, and there is none on the web page.
How do I get this stupid thing to work?
Specs:
Soyo KA7VIA mobo (BIOS 2AA4)
900MHz Athlon
Windows2000 (SP1) (also tried WinME)
What should I do? Please email me directly at [email protected]
THANKS!!
Asif

Yeah, I didn't think they needed them either....
I have emailed tech support already and await their reply, but maybe I should contact the vendor for a replacement, huh?
Thanks for your help.

Did The Port come with a power supply? If not, does it have an iput for 5v?
