[RESOLVED] USB Joystick

My computer is work properly.
When I buy and install my new usb joystick,
the joystick and OS also work properly.
When I reboot my computer, my computer hand on the read system ram status.
What is problem with my usb joystick?
Also I try to install another system(also same chipset with VIA KX133), that have not this problem.

If I understand you correctly, it locks up when you start up and the USB joystick is plugged in. It's very likely that it's a fault in the motherboard. Have you tried plugging the joystick into the other USB port?
