Certification - provided by company?
How many companies out there are providing thier staff with a training allowance, or offering the training courses?

Well my current company does not do that but from what a friend has told me Gateway is supposed to give you a week off mandatory every year for training, and I think they help in other ways also. Thats one of the reasons why I'm trying to get into Gateway.

I work for UPS. In 2000 we could be reimbursed for up to $5250 worth of classes. I have heard rumors they may increase that for 2001. The classes can be about anything, but I have been concentrating on computers so far.
