Just Took the CCNA....
I made an 849 people!! Just in case you don't know that is the minimum passing score!! I was sweating bullets throughout the entire test. I thought I was armed to the hilt for this one, but the questions were worded very tricky, watch out!! The Sybex material was right on target as usual. The main points that I noticed:
-Know your OSI model and HOW data is transferred through it.
-Even though the Sybex material was excellent prep, the wording of the questions on the exam will bite you if you don't know the material.
This is just my version of the exam. I made a 50% in the area of Network Management (I think LMI bit me). Know your show commands! Know switching and bridging as well as routing. Right now CCNP is out of the question. I'm just thankful to nail CCNA on the first shot.

great job dude. I know what you mean about sweating bullets. I got a 903, but was scared to death to see my score at the end!

I have yet to take the CCNA exam. I took the course last year, but haven't gotten around to taking the exam.

I will have to disagree with that statement, Dorka. I am torn 50/50 between experience and certs. I have computer tech position with the local schools, it rocks!!! I have a total of 2 1/2 months off during the year, and I am making money to cover it!! Thank you Lord Jesus!! <IMG SRC="smilies/eek.gif" border="0">
