Quick Query
Hi All,
I am doing my 6th MCP test today - Proxy Server 2.0
I have already done the following
Windows NT Workstation
Windows NT Server
Windows NT Server in the Enterprise
Network Essentials
Exchange Server 5.5
I'm just a bit confused as i can't seem to find on the MS website the track Info.
Will this make me an MCSE (NT4.0) after this test???
I know i need to upgrade by the end of the year. But at the moment do i get MCSE??

Hi Panzerd,
If you pass your core by 31 Dec 2000 you can still continue and that is what i achieved.
Therefore i am a MCSE.

basically you will be MCSE until the end of the year, then you will need to do the 70-240 exam (before the end of the year) and retake any electives which have been discontinued - and I believe both of yours have.
Take my advice and don't bother with the proxy exam, concentrate on getting the 2000 exams - it ain't worth being an MCSE just for a couple of months unless you're about to go for a new job or something
