Device Manager
Does anyone know if there is any program or patch for windows nt 4.0 so that I can have a device manager.
That would simplify things a lot.
Thanks!

I don't think there's such a thing, NT is not plug 'n play. If you go to control panel and devices, that should do it for ya.
Sex is like pizza. When it's good, it's really good. When it's bad, it's still pretty good.

Yea, first time NT techs find it hard to work with things like modems, ports, various devises, and hardware conflicts. It proved to be a valuable learning experience for me. I remember my first attempt to add a PnP sound card...Ya'all_know what I mean!
If there is something bugin' you with your system, ask away. It can all be done without Devise Manager, and we can help...

Yep I think its called windows 2000. <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">
Almost anything you need in NT to do with devices can be found in control panel. It doesn't have a device manager because it's not really plug and play.
And Control Enter STILL wont let me post a reply.
