    Question Win2k multimedia workstation?

I am currently planning to build a multimedia workstation, it has to be a dual cpu, because its going to be used for 3d, video and audio work.
I thinking of a 2 1GHz PIII's a 1GB of RAM and various pci cards along with a geforce 2GTS gfx card. Problem is the the audio card needs its own irq! under a single cpu i know to do this just set the Computer in device manager to standard PC,
is this the same for dual CPU's?

if you are using it for 3d, a geforce2gts wont cut the mustard. you will want a professional Open GL graphics card. currently the only one avaible for retail is the quadro.
