Dual Boot Menu Text
I just completed setting up my wife's computer to dual boot Win98SE and W2K. The menu says "Microsoft Windows 2000" and "Microsoft Windows" for the choices. Does anyone know how to change the menu text? I'd like to change the "Microsoft Windows" menu choice to read "Microsoft Windows 98SE".

Open Notepad,
Go to file,open
At the bottom beside "Files of type" select "All Files"
Go to C:\ ... or root..
There should be a file called "Boot.ini"
Open that file and edit what you want it to read ...
Save and exit..... Reboot and it should say what you want ....
BTW .... You have to make sure you can see all file and extentions or you can never find it with notepad...
Open Windows Explorer, Choose Tools, Folder Options, and under the "view" tab ' Show All File Extentions ' .... That should do it!!! Good Luck!!

How about do it like Win2k wants you to???
Open up the System properties, and go to Advanced, click on Startup and Recovery, then change it from there.
