    Angry Win2k Logon Password Gone...

    I have a client's laptop, and the admin's password is not working ... is there some easter egg or other trick for Win2k that will allow me to by pass this to get into the system? .. so I can set a new pass up?

    Perhaps I'm wrong, but don't you think it would be stupid for Microsoft to put an easter egg in Windows that would allow you to bypass its security? There are ways to make a boot disc that will allow you to see the files on the disk, but you can't change anything.
