    Post How to flush DNS

    Can anyone tell me the coand to flush the dns cache? We run NT 4.0. I used to know it, now I have forgotten how to flush the cache.

    start:run: cmd : "ipconfig /flushdns"

    you can type "ipconfig /?" to see a list of other useful commands

    I have been trying to research the use for this command, and can't really find much. If you have some time, please go into detail for the specific use. I hate learning about something, and not really understanding its full function.
