    Post Win2k and Outlook2k

    Hi all,
I have a laptop in our company which uses both our LAN and Dial up internet service.
    It is a Dell inspiron 4000 850MHz 128Mb Ram
    3com internal 56k-10/100.
It can browse the net on either connection.

She can send and recive email on the LAN no problem both internal and external addresses.

On the dial up side of things she can recive mail both internal and external, but only send to internal email addresses.

We use exchange 5.5 sp4, and this laptop is configured to use internet mail service on both profiles(she logs onto the local machine when using the modem)

When trying to send to external accounts, a system admin message comes back saying "No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient"

Any ideas why this would be...

    Thanks in advance

    Yosh

    in outlook
    Goto tools
    services
    and middle tab (delev.)
MAKE SURE the remote transport is Before (up) the Exchange transport

    That should work.
I have a very similar setup on my pc.

Let me know how it turns out

    Dan
