you need a t9 torx screw driver to open that unit and a rather thin one at that I had snap-on make me a thin neck bit for it

Just as an update there is a 20gb laptop hdd (9.5mm height) in the hot deals section for $123.00 (smokin) - that is the cheapest I have seen it anywhere.
